The Home

Built for a long, easy stay.

This Veranda-style designer home sits on a private, walled lot in the Village of Richmond — bright, open-plan living space with a stocked kitchen, a breakfast nook, and a screened lanai that looks out over the back yard. It's the kind of place past guests describe as feeling like a home rather than a rental.

The primary suite has a king bed and its own TV; two additional queen bedrooms comfortably sleep the rest of the group. Everything guests tend to forget to pack — linens, a full kitchen, washer and dryer — is already here.

It's a 55+ community. Guests traveling with children are welcome to ask about the neighborhood's noise and privacy expectations before booking.

Lin & Phil

Married 30 years and originally from Michigan, Lin and Phil bought this home after a single visit to The Villages left them hooked on the pickleball, the pool mornings, and the nightly live music at the town squares. They still handle every booking themselves.
